Sourcing
We work directly with small family farms in Ecuador and Peru. We pay 3x the fair trade price to ensure the highest quality Heritage Cacao beans.

Roasting
Slow roasted in small batches to preserve the delicate floral and fruity notes unique to the origin. No burning, no masking.

Grinding
Stone ground for 48 hours. This ancient technique creates a silky smooth texture without the need for added commercial emulsifiers like Soy Lecithin.
