Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened food items. However, if your order arrived damaged, melted, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your inquiry regarding a damaged or incorrect order, we will inspect the details provided. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@tribar.com.
